Hold brush at 45 degrees. Brush back & forth on 1-2 teeth 10 times, then roll brush from gums

Place brush 90 degrees to teeth. Brush will fit bracket into slot perfectly. Clean bracket & wire by brushing in circular motion on each tooth.

For inner surfaces of upper & lower front teeth, place brush vertically & brush up-down 10 times.

Don't forget to brush your tongue & chewing surfaces of all teeth.

Replace me every 3 months.
Use the outer layer bristles to clean the teeth, and inner layer bristles to clean the brackets & wires.

For best results, use the OrthoBrush with SmileBox X-Tra Clean Toothpaste

For additional cleaning of your brackets & wires, use interdental brushes.

Don't forget to floss, with the help of a floss threader.

Don't forget to change your brush every 3 months! Once you see any sign of fray, we recommend you to change your brush to prevent any damage to your teeth and gums.
